Lesson / WY-01-04
During a trend, price continually seeks new trading areas. Inside a range, directional progress encounters obstacles and trading takes place within relatively limited prices. A range may absorb the preceding trend’s supply or demand or rebalance within an ongoing trend. More developed horizontal activity generally produces more countable point-and-figure columns and a greater potential projected distance.
