Lesson / WY-01-06
Accumulation describes a process after a decline in which supply is progressively absorbed and conditions for a potential advance develop. It usually involves a trading range but cannot be confirmed by one instance of stopping action. The existing downtrend must first lose its sustained results, price must begin moving within a shared area, and demand must then be able to depart upward and hold.
