Lesson / WY-03-14
Sideways trading after a decline has at least two competing explanations: accumulation preparing for an advance, or redistribution preparing for further decline. The preceding downtrend supplies a redistribution context but does not guarantee continued falling. Buying support at the lows favors accumulation but does not guarantee reversal. Continually compare whether upward moves within the range become smoother or downward moves easier to extend.
