Lesson / WY-04-20
A Last Point of Supply (LPSY) occurs after weakness, where a rally or rally back again shows ineffective buyers and sellers resume lowering price. It often lies in the middle or lower range, near broken support, or at a lower rally high. 'Last' is part of the term, not a promise that only one occurs or price never returns.
