Lesson / WY-04-20
Breaking support takes price below the range, but brief entry and sustained establishment there differ. First assess the breakout swing's actual decline, then whether subsequent trading mostly remains below. If a rally back occurs, observe whether old support becomes a supply zone. Such a rally is not required to confirm distribution; a large imbalance may lead to direct departure. Once it appears, however, it tests whether old support has begun restraining rallies.
