Lesson / WY-04-21
Retrospective relabeling uses information unavailable at the time. After an ultimate advance, quietly changing an earlier UTAD to an ordinary test or SOW to a shakeout conceals when the assessment failed. Return in review to the original judgment's timestamp. Examine the contemporaneous facts supporting the candidate, which later action missed expectations, and when the judgment was downgraded, withdrawn, or replaced.
