Lesson / WY-05-22
Reaccumulation is a candidate balance area within an advance. Buyers have already driven price higher; existing trend participants then take profits, late buyers adjust positions, and new sellers may enter. Two-way trading processes these opposing intentions. If selling is absorbed and buyers lift price through the upper boundary, rising may resume. The earlier advance provides continuation context but cannot predetermine the range's character. Genuine distribution also often begins with a pause after rising.
