Supporting Behavior and Contrary Evidence
Continuation and Complex Structures
Lesson / WY-05-23
Observed action meeting an assessment's expectations gives it more support. Action damaging expectations for key boundaries and subsequent swings, or clearly fitting an alternative better, provides contrary evidence. Unoccurred events support neither side. As price merely approaches the lower boundary, observe whether a Spring develops; do not credit an unobserved Spring to accumulation. Before price tests the upper boundary, 'no SOS' usually means incomplete information.
