Independently Reasoning Through Complete Distribution
The Complete Decision Process
Lesson / WY-07-30
Distribution cannot be a mechanical inversion of accumulation because end-of-advance volatility, shorting constraints, and rapid covering alter execution. Begin with advance quality: does increased activity still yield proportionate gains, are reactions expanding, and can trading sustain above prior highs? During PSY or BC, sellers supplying offers against aggressive buys, or reduced chasing by buyers, can pause an advance. The automatic reaction may include long profit-taking and new selling. A stopped advance shows obstruction, not proof that holders are distributing.
