Redistribution: Bearish Continuation Versus Bottom Absorption
The Complete Decision Process
Lesson / WY-07-30
Redistribution follows a decline, so internal rallies can initially be interpreted as corrections, while absorption at the bottom may also develop into accumulation. Continuation evidence includes rallies failing to reach prior supply, increased activity with little gain, renewed ease of decline, and blocked retests after support breaks. Reversal evidence includes sellers increasingly unable to make and sustain new lows, rising lows, and upswings clearing supply and holding above.
