Technical Review of Losing and Winning Trades
The Complete Decision Process
Lesson / WY-07-32
For a reasoned analysis followed by a loss, first check accuracy of contemporaneous facts, adequacy of competing hypotheses, and compliance of trigger and risk. If all hold, the loss may be normal within the rule's distribution. Then locate failure: absent event follow-through, broken local test, failed breakout, or overall structural turn. Later recovery alone does not prove the earlier stop wrong.
