Applying the Model across Markets
First Principles
Sam Rivera
Lesson / WY-01-02
The Composite Operator model originally served stock-market analysis, but its central question—how liquidity constrains large trades—also applies to futures and other active markets. Application must account for market rules and institutions. Futures rolls shift volume, stocks may undergo index rebalancing, and over-the-counter data cover only part of trading. All can produce apparent traces of continuous professional activity.
