What Phase C Tests
Accumulation
Sam Rivera
Lesson / WY-03-15
Phase C tests the remaining supply and demand on one side of a trading range to determine whether price is ready to leave it. In candidate accumulation, the main question is how far selling can depress price after it approaches the lower boundary. A classic schematic may include a Spring, or only higher lows and controlled pullbacks inside the range. Phase C is identified by its supply-testing function, not by a mandatory pattern.
