Price Advantage, Information, and Potential Risk
Decisions, Execution & Validation
Lesson / WY-06-28
Price advantage comes from expected execution relative to invalidation and the usable target, not simply buying low or selling high. Near the lower boundary while price falls unimpeded, a shorter chart distance does not supply a long advantage. Only after stopping and turning does price near the boundary combine with directional evidence. More confirmation eliminates more erroneous explanations but often worsens entry and consumes room. If confirmation creates a new local boundary, unit risk may shrink again. Information, execution price, and protective boundary change independently, with no fixed conversion among them.
